Favourite skincare product: Bioderma Sensibio H20

Hello! It’s been a week since I last posted anything and I feel absolutely rotten about it. Though not much could be done seeing as both Georgie and I were tormented by headaches and fevers, hit by a two-day superbug rendering us helpless over the long weekend. I swear, every two to three weeks someone in this family is sick. Please let this be the last of it.

DSC_1617On with today’s post and one of my absolute favourite skincare products: Bioderma Sensibio H20. When I decided it was time for a change in skincare products the name kept popping up in many of the searches I conducted. It has rave reviews and a cult following. The only problem was that it was (and still is) not available in Cyprus. A month later papa was going on a business trip to Brussels where he arrived with a list of products I needed including Sensibio H20. It was the first time he called me to ask if I wanted more than one bottle. “It’s dirt cheap compared to everything else you’ve asked for.” I had no idea it would turn out to be one of my all-time favourite products so I only asked for one bottle. Before going to London, I made sure to jot down the address of the pharmacy where Bioderma products are sold because I was running out and the idea of living without was stressful enough.

So what is Bioderma Sensibio H20? It is a cleansing and makeup water remover ideal for sensitive skin. I use it every single evening whether I have makeup on my face or not because it does such a fantastic job of cleansing the skin all the way through without causing irritation. Honestly, I don’t think my skin has felt this ‘clean’ in ages; even regular breakouts have become sparse possibly due to the lack of dirt build-up that can occur. It may not be available in Cyprus (if I’m wrong, please let me know) but apparently, one bottle of this miracle water is sold around the world every 5 seconds.

If you’re in France or Belgium I know for a fact that you can find Bioderma products in any pharmacy. If in the UK or planning a trip to London go to John Bell&Croyden on Wigmore Street or order online here.
