In the kitchen- spinach and chickpea sauté with fried bread toasts

Confession time: chickpeas= yuck! At least that is what I thought before trying this absolutely gorgeous delicious mouth-watering recipe. I was scouring PInterest when it just called to me! I love the addition of the fried bread toast but I will admit I wasn’t too impressed with the little bit more preparation time it needed. Give this recipe a go because even if you don’t like chickpeas, you’ll still be impressed.

Georgie has shown a massive interest in the big black board even though it probably has something to do with suddenly not being screamed at when he’s caught scribbling on the wall. Plus he gets to stand on a stool which is always a toddler favourite! So for now I’m letting Georgie take the stage.

Georgie couldn’t be happier especially when they’re dripping with honey and butter. There are unlimited recipes online. Pinterest is a favourite of mine. Next on my list of pancake favourites to try are Dutch Pancakes. Look them up and give them a go.
