Wanted: Fearne Cotton’s Cook Happy Cook Healthy book

She’s one of my all-time favourite British TV and radio presenters, has the kind of quirky laid-back style that I love and she’s a mum to two little ones. I am slightly obsessed with Fearne Cotton for all these reasons but more so since she published a kick-ass cookbook with tons of healthy recipes that are super easy for any mum to whip up.

Vegetable pancakes with avocado

Quick and easy quinoa bowl with halloumi

Cook Happy Cook Healthy is the kind of cook book we all need in our kitchen. It boasts a range of brilliant recipes based on the idea that all food we put in our bodies should do good to our skin, eyes, hair, it should make us happy and healthy, even the naughty treats.

Earl Grey infused sugar wheat and dairy free biscuits

Mini coconut and cherry tarts

Sri Lankan Vegetable Curry

The book includes Fearne’s introduction and store-cupboard know how while chapters include breakfast, drinks, easy lunches, healthy snacks, dinner in a dash, the big night in, weekend classics, the bakery and desserts and treats.

I haven’t located the book in any bookshops here on the island but you can definitely get it online or pick a copy up in London, if you’re one of those people who are going and I am incredibly jealous of right now.
