Georgie and I are looking forward to setting up a stall at the Children’s Flea Market this Sunday at the To Xani Christmas Market at The Cookery School in Paramytha, Limassol. We spent a good portion of the weekend rounding up all the ‘stuff’ the boys no longer need including toys and clothes and we couldn’t be happier knowing that it is all going towards a great cause. When you support a small business, you’re supporting a dream.
When you buy from a small business, you are not helping a CEO buy a third holiday home. You are helping a child get dance lessons or art classes, a mum and dad put food on the table, a family pay a mortgage or a student pay for college.
Maybe its because I haven’t had a regular waistline in over two years or because there is simply no room to experiment with clothes when you’re pregnant but lately I have a newfound respect for jewelry. Whether it’s gold or silver, delicate or slightly chunky I am loving this new vibe I’m feeling right now.
