Come support a good cause at the Children’s Flea Market

Georgie and I are looking forward to setting up a stall at the Children’s Flea Market this Sunday at the To Xani Christmas Market at The Cookery School in Paramytha, Limassol. We spent a good portion of the weekend rounding up all the ‘stuff’ the boys no longer need including toys and clothes and we couldn’t be happier knowing that it is all going towards a great cause. We would love to see you there!

I was zapping through channels the other night when I caught Sarah Jessica Parker’s I Don’t Know How She Does It movie. I’ve seen it once before and I remember laughing at that point in the movie when she’s in bed and she’s going through a list of what she has to do the next day. Basic nutrients needed during pregnancy and how to get them

Once a month I visit an alternative therapist. He hooks me up with the vitamins and supplements my body needs and gives me tons of tips and advice on diet issues. As expected, we’ve now switched up my regular routine adding prenatal vitamins and making changes to my diet ensuring both me and baby are getting all the nutrients we need. Do you know what these are? After three pregnancies I’m still learning.
