Well, it’s finally here! Christmas trees are popping up in malls and coffee shops and I’ve already heard Jingle Bells playing on the radio twice so let’s do this! This year, I have decided to start a gift guide of sorts with a special focus on local businesses/shops/artists. I urge you to hold off on your international Christmas shopping as much as you can because you’ll be amazed to see what our little island has to offer. So keep your eyes peeled for great recommendations, original and unique gift ideas that will help support small local businesses.
I’m starting my gift guide with t-shirts because who doesn’t like/need/want t-shirts? Well, even if you don’t (!), your kids/nieces/nephews/grandkids/godchildren most definitely do so this one is especially for them. Our family are huge fans of Romeo Tees, a local brand that uses the Cypriot dialect and plenty of its hilarious sayings to produce the most original t-shirts a Cypriot will ever own – you may remember the little photo shoot we did with papa and Georgie in the summer.
So our dear friend over at Rome Tees is giving Georgie’s Mummy readers a special discount until December 10! Use the code GEORGIESMUMMY in your order on Facebook and receive a 3 euro discount on each kids t-shirt for ages 1-15. Happy Christmas shopping!
