in the kitchen—Goji berry snack mix

_DSC0242_DSC0245_DSC0254I want to share this new obsession of mine, an unbelievable easy recipe for healthy snacking that Georgie loves. All you do is blend a handful of goji berries and pumpkin seeds and then mix with a heaped tablespoon of heated coconut oil. Roll the mixture into little balls and place in the fridge. This is one of many super healthy recipes I have discovered in a book called Medicinal Cookery.
