This week, on Mummy Beautiful:  Stella Georgiou, mother of three.

What is your daytime skincare routine? I wash my face every morning with an antibacterial face wash and then apply a 24 hour moisturising cream.

What is your nighttime skincare routine? Every evening, during my shower I use a homemade scrub on my face. It is made with olive oil and baking soda. Then, I apply a night cream.

Favourite beauty product? Avene foundation. I’ve been using it for years.

Favourite skincare product? I love anything by Clinique. I have very sensitive skin so most of their products work wonders.

Healthy habits? I make a point of including fruits and vegetables in my diet everyday. Also lots of nuts and avocados which are packed with Omega 3 fatty acids that are great for the skin. And let’s not forget salmon, which I eat often.

Any tips/advice? I have noticed that you don’t have to spend a fortune on beauty products to get results. Just look through your kitchen cabinets! I swear by another homemade mask made with lemon juice, yoghurt and olive oil. This mask provides deep pore cleansing and moisturising. I apply this mask every week, usually at night so as not to scare the kids.

You have five minutes to tend to your face. What do you apply? Mascara is usually all I have time for.
