One of my kids loves eggs! Yay! Georgie is ok with them – he’s made his peace with the fact that he must eat eggs – but James…oh James loves them. He especially loves them scrambled which is so fantastic because that’s when I get the chance to hide a little health booster in the dish.
Hello! Happy New Year!
I am currently sitting at the kitchen table with a salad wholewheat wrap from Chopped, which I got earlier today, on a plate next to me. Got some Spotify playing on the side too. I didn’t mean to post anything this evening because I’ve been feeling a bit meh these past few days. It’s been so cold, we spent a good couple of days in our pyjamas and papa was home too so I kind of didn’t want to leave the cocoon. It’s been a good Christmas.
This may very well be my last post before Christmas so I thought I would share some pictures of these past few days leading up to the big day. There’s food, selfies, stuff I am loving right now, the kids -of course!- and a little tushy.
I’ve been itching for a living room change for a year now. I didn’t need anything radically different. But I needed to breathe new life into the area which we use the most. I wanted cosiness and good vibes.
The harsh summer sun and warm days might be coming to an end but that isn’t an excuse to abandon your skincare routine. With winter months and cold weather rolling in, it’s as important as ever to maintain healthy, hydrated skin. The cold air can dry your skin out big time leaving it itchy, irritated, red, and sometimes even lead to cracking. Over time these factors can put a toll on the largest organ we have, our skin.
