I could write a poem or a song dedicated to this beautiful and simple recipe I’ve recently discovered. It’s that good. Soon after I gave birth to James I received a lovely and above all useful little gift from a reader. The most perfect little baby blanket.

Try going on a dairy-free diet. I read those words sent to me by our pediatrician and felt like crying. It looked like James’ recent skin irritation may have something to do with my diet so it was time to get serious about cutting all dairy out.
James is two months old today! Wow right?
Our lives have definitely changed since he arrived on the scene but we tried to keep our summer holiday just the way it has always been. For Georgie. Which means Agia Napa, hotel living, beach, fun parks, ice creams, walks, late nights and breakfast buffets. So far all those boxes have been ticked. With a newborn in tow.
