I literally had to dust off my camera when I picked it up this Sunday. We were heading to a kids festival organised by Vagoni Agapis, a non-profit charity organisation for families in need. Such a great cause teamed with really good food and lovely weather (I hope some of you made it), making it a fantastic photo opportunity. Georgie and the other children dabbled in a number of activities including gardening and yoga. It was his first time striking the animal poses and he absolutely loved it. But his favourite part of the day had to be the sea of dead leaves he rolled around in to his heart’s content. Does this mean we can finally welcome autumn?

We are more than halfway through the summer holidays. Georgie’s first day at school is looming in the background of my mind. Yet it did not manage to spoil these purely magnificent days and nights we have spent with friends and family. Cold, miserable weather is more my cup of tea but man, I am learning to enjoy summer and I love it. Georgie has been on his best behaviour even after late nights and long days at the beach. I could not be prouder of him. We spent three days beachside and even though my camera was within reach, I just wasn’t interested. Instead I rode the ferris wheel with my heavenly baby at the fun park and rolled around in the sand with him on the beach. He is absolute joy and I am savouring every moment with him. Among our other summer activities are: celebrated papa’s birthday, took boat rides, barbeque’s in the rain, did yoga under a pine tree. And also welcomed my sister’s new baby boy. He arrived early and is absolutely perfect. Welcome to the family darling boy.
The absolutely phenomenal experience that is Pearl Jam cannot be expressed through an amateurish video but I hope it does manage to capture some of the magic. Enjoy!

2. We have serious conversations on the kitchen counter.

4. Catching cobwebs.
5. Lily’s scary face.
6. It’s been just over a month. Happy anniversary!
In Denmark, babies sleep outside while parents dine and wine inside. Just one of those fascinating parenting methods from around the world.
I am not sure if this is ongoing but a Positive Birth Group is always worth checking out if you’re in Cyprus and expecting.
Steven Spielberg to direct The BFG! I can barely contain my excitement even though it won’t be out until 2016.
