I will forever remember our pediatrician telling us that Georgie was special. I know. She probably says that to everyone but I really do believe her every time she tells us he is progressing and developing at a speedy rate. He’s always been a busy bee. Full of life and energy. That curiosity he had, demonstrating it at only days old when he would lift his head off my shoulder- i am not exaggerating-, he still possesses. It’s inspiring and amazing to watch.

Just like me, I’m guessing you too spend a lot of time in the supermarket checking labels and trying to remember figures and statistics. It’s horribly depressing and frustrating especially when all you have to worry about is the health of your kid! I wish I could say Georgie eats nothing but fresh produce. No canned stuff. Nothing that contains ingredients I can’t even pronounce. But I would be lying – shamelessly hang of head. He loves these caramel waffle biscuits- organic, naturally- and a lollipop – a nail-biter half an hour- every now and then so i would hate to restrict him to just fruit as a snack when he’s on the go.
First, thank God papa convinced me to get an iPhone. I am on fire on Instagram – even if it is only for my 15 followers. Boohoo- and having so much fun documenting Georgie’s life even MORE! Over the past three days we’ve done more shopping than will ever be admitted, gawked over these super cool mini ducks, ate a delicious homemade organic beef bolognese, cottage cheese with canned pineapples- which are not as bad as I thought- and messed around with our jumbo pot of chalk. Aside from the chalk breaking into a gazillion pieces, I can’t really complain. Having great music in the background helped take off the edge. oh and we also took our new pink pram for a walk……..
Both my boys doing what they know best. x
While papa was busy working late a few nights ago, I decided to take the opportunity to catch up on my movies. I have a few DVDs unopened but after checking what was on the telly, I knew what I was going to watch. Frida came out in 2002 yet for some reason, that is totally beyond me, I have never seen it. I think it may had had something to do with Salma Hayek’s acting abilities and lack thereof, I say feeling guilty because I was pleasantly surprised that night.
