A few pics and some words on what our little family has been up to these past few weeks including our Easter break.
By far, the highlight of our Easter is our annual Easter Egg hunt. Our immediate family which includes over 15 people and that’s not including any aunts, uncles or cousins. And did I mention this is just my side of the family? It’s not just the kids that get to have fun finding Easter eggs, we do an adult version too. Guaranteed laughs, all the way.
On Easter Sunday morning, James woke up with a high temperature. Just like last year. He collapsed on the sofa and took a one hour nap but that didn’t give me enough time to even think of baking my carrot cake so I put the toppings I was going to use on that, on my baked cheesecake instead. Looked and tasted good.
I put on my Easter Sunday best. ha!
We painted on walls and decorates eggs with melted crayons.
In the meantime, this little one is walking. And he is everywhere. I love him. so much.
In the weeks leading up to Easter I took a few days off from posting on social media and got out in the garden with the kids as the weather began warming up. We made it to Comic Con too as my mum was nice enough to watch Danny for a few hours while me and the big boys spent an amazing afternoon and I bought myself a new tee.
Signing off. But please stay tuned these coming weeks because I have a couple of exciting small business posts coming up x
