odd ends…last of the year

This is the last post of the year and I can’t help but get a bit sentimental. I feel I need to acknowledge the love and happiness in my life. broom! broom!

I asked Georgie what he wanted for Christmas a month ago and up until the day, the answer was always: Tachter! He has a slight obsession with this farming vehicle no doubt brought on by his grandfather’s mini digger and his dad’s race car and their own obsessions with four-wheeled goodies. I am having so much fun putting together handmade gifts and in some cases investing in young people’s futures through music and books. I got the Rolling Stones’ Greatest Hits for one of my little brothers- //no, he doesn’t read my blog// I think he’ll be super-excited. I certainly would be. Hint!
