Hello! I’m Georgie’s mummy. This blog was created when Georgie was seven months old and I realized that my life and everything in it were undergoing a massive change. I had never imagined quitting my job as a feature writer, for a newspaper here in Cyprus, and becoming a stay-at-home-mummy but I needed to be with him everyday. That was that. Everyday turned out to be such a beautiful abundance of memories and exciting beginnings I decided to make sure none of it would be forgotten. I treasure my time as a mother and wife.
I have a newfound passion for photography, which is a slight exaggeration really because I have nowhere near the talent and brilliantness other bloggers display through their lenses. Stunning and simple posts from family lives are the best and I aim to give this little nook of memories to Georgie one day.
Hi, found you via Mums in Cyprus. I look forward to reading your blog xx
Hi–I saw your comment on my blog, which you said you found because you were looking for information about homeschooling in Cyprus. Are you interested in joining an e-mail list (at yahoogroups) on the topic? It’s not usually very busy, but there are other people there with young children and/or with children in school but who are interested in homeschooling…
Hi Sheila. Thank you for getting back to me. Yes. I am very interested. I will look it up. Thank you.
I love your blog. I’m so happy you are happy with your finds from J’s and posted them on your blog. All I can say is that you are very gifted, both as a writer and photographer. And as a mom, you are awesome! Looking forward to reading you.
I am touched. Thank you for your kind words.
